Dan Petry had a dream.  A dream to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather -- to build beautiful, custom homes where couples could raise their children, plant their gardens and live out their own dreams.

Today Dan is realizing that dream. Throughout the years he has trademarked an approach to home building that focuses on quality and attention to detail.

You'll find TradeMark Builders homes throughout Fayette and Coweta counties in communities such as High Grove, Interlochen, Springwater, Highland Park, and Lake Redwine, as well as building in Alabama on Lake Martin.  TradeMark Builders will build from your own plan or help you select from one of our many distinguished designs.

Dreaming your dream is one thing; living your dream is another.  Dan Petry realizes his dream each day -- he will help you realize yours!
